Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet daily, preferably with meals.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Vegetable Coating and Silica. Contains soy derivatives. Vegetarian Formula.
